Candidate will be a part of the Know Your Client (KYC) Outreach teams within the Global Corporate and Investment Bank (GCIB) and Global Markets (GM)lines of business. The Function The Client Outreach team are the front line unit who collaborate with clients as part of meeting Know Your Client (KYC) periodic refresh and remediation requirements. We work in close collaboration with Global Corporate and Investment Bankers and Global Markets Sales to support the Banku2019s global regulatory and policy requirements as it relates Client Due Diligence (CDD) documentation collection, with support from Operations and Global Financial Crimes Risk teams. The team identifies and develops client connections, engages client representatives to obtain KYC documentation, and acts as a coordination point for resolving issues/challenges with respect to client and country specific documentation requirements in a timely manner. In addition to the ongoing document engagement, individuals within the team keep abreast of global regulatory change that could influence processes and identify opportunities that enhance the client experience. The Role The KYC Client Outreach Specialist (COS) teams serve as the Front Line Unit engaging with clients across business sectors and regions to meet KYC requirements for periodic refreshes in a timely manner. Role Responsibilities Lead client outreach for periodic KYC refresh and remediation activities. Guide clients through CDD/ECDD requirements, including jurisdiction-specific nuances. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders (Bankers, Operations, Risk, etc.). Collaborate across functions to resolve KYC-related issues efficiently and effectively. Monitor and understand the risks and impacts of non-compliance with KYC processes, including restrictions, closures, and associated business growth impacts. Collect and relay client feedback to support continuous improvement of KYC processes. Identify and escalate process issues; contribute to solutions that enhance client experience. Ensure performance targets are met and exceptions are addressed within required timeframes. Maintain full compliance with internal policies, regulatory standards, and data privacy obligations. Required Skills Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience; CAMS certification preferred. KYC experience in large financial institutions. Strong knowledge of global AML/CDD policies and industry best practices. Excellent client communication and relationship management skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
