As an Experienced HR & Organisation Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting organisations navigate their people and organisational challenges.

* Talent & Performance Management
* Learning & Development
Work closely with HR and leadership teams to identify core challenges and deliver fit-for-purpose analyses, recommendations and solutions. Drive project delivery, track progress, manage risks, and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout. Ensure high-quality deliverables are produced within agreed timelines, helping build strong, trust-based client relationships.
Your Profile
A Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or a related field is required. You will have 4–6 years of relevant experience in an HR & Organisational consulting role. A proactive, hands-on mindset with a strong appetite for continuous learning and development is essential. You must demonstrate business development acumen, including identifying client needs, shaping tailored solutions and contributing to service growth. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a collaborative attitude and ability to build trusted relationships internally and externally, are also required.
* A structured and rigorous approach to problem-solving and analysis.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* A high level of autonomy and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
* Solid command of MS Office, particularly Excel.
* Fluency in French and English is essential; German is considered an advantage.
