As a Management Assistant at logit.syncreon in Neuss, you will be responsible for the smooth organization of a wide range of tasks and thus contribute to the efficient and effective daily routine of our management. A wide range of assistance tasks, such as preparing presentations in German and English, assisting with projects, preparing documents and decision templates, compiling statistics and evaluations, documenting and archiving business documents
Active participation in operational tasks and projects
Organization and ordering of office supplies, consumables, etc.
Coordination of Masterdata, creation of SAP purchase orders incl. German fluently and very good English skills in spoken & written language
Confident handling of MS Office applications (Office 365)
