Business Development Manager - eCommerce Solutions
Location: Berlin (3 days onsite/travel to client sites, 2 days remote)
Salary: Up to €120,000
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to eCommerce and cross-border logistics
* Identify, generate, and nurture new business opportunities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
* Define clear KPIs, goals, and roadmaps to drive commercial success
* Conduct in-depth client need analysis and value proposition development
* Lead and support internal sales teams to achieve performance targets
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in eCommerce or cross-border shipping solution sales (B2C or C2C)
* Strong background in CRM, persona analysis, and digital marketing strategy
* Track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
* Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders in dynamic, fast-moving environments
* Analytical mindset with a hands-on approach to reporting and performance metrics
* Excellent organisational and team management skills
* Fluent in German and English
