Technical Sales Representative – German Market LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany (Hybrid) (1-Day Office/4-Remote)

As a Territory Sales Manager for the German market, you will play a crucial role in driving growth by selling our client's software platform. You’ll manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, engaging with hospitality professionals across your assigned region to understand their needs and present tailored solutions through virtual demos.
Own and drive sales activities across a defined territory in Germany.
Conduct outbound prospecting (cold and warm calls) and follow up on inbound leads.
Understand customer pain points and present relevant solutions during remote demos.
Manage the entire sales process via phone and video calls.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and manage your sales pipeline effectively.
Collaborate with Marketing to support targeted campaigns.
Work closely with Customer Success and Onboarding teams to ensure a smooth client transition and ongoing satisfaction.
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets.
Recent university graduates with degrees in Business Administration, Business Economics, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality.
Professionals currently working in hotel front-desk roles or in Property Management Companies, who understand the day-to-day challenges of our customers (can include professional programmes such as Hilton Fast Track, EHL Hospitality Business School etc.)
~ Young professionals with 1–2 years of sales experience, or those who can clearly articulate why they want to move into sales (0-1 years experience)
