Your Tasks Development and implementation of a comprehensive brand strategy. Close collaboration with our internal media, CRM, creative, and product teams to drive the holistic brand strategy and ensure brand awareness across all marketing channels, platforms, and customer touchpoints. Leading, developing, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across a growing number of channels and fostering synergies between channels and activities. Communicating with various stakeholders to create effective marketing communication. Coordination with internal stakeholders to ensure the brand message is integrated across all business areas. Collaborating with research and data teams to conduct competitive analyses to continuously identify growth and positioning opportunities. Utilizing analytics and customer insights to refine marketing tactics and improve impact and efficiency. Working closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure marketing strategies comply with regulatory requirements. Managing marketing budgets and coordinating with the business and our media team to allocate resources effectively and efficiently. Reporting on campaign performance to C-level executives. What You Bring Several years of experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of marketing, brand strategy, and positioning in a competitive e-commerce environment. High competence in analyzing data, consumer insights, and competitive activities to support decision-making. Deep knowledge of relevant marketing channels, from brand to performance marketing. Extensive experience in planning, managing, and executing all types of marketing campaigns. Excellent communication skills, e.g., in the form of briefings for creative teams, agencies, and content productions. Strong project management skills. Ability to manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and optimize spending. Proficiency in working with data analysts, marketing mix, and attribution models. Advanced German language skills and very good English skills.
