Asistente en finanzas y contabilidad

You can expect a varied range of financial, accounting, and administrative tasks. You will become part of the GMV administration and finance team of our German office in Gilching.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

1. Independent handling of financial accounting (accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting)
2. Preparation of payment lists and cash flow planning
3. Monitoring and reconciliation of corporate credit card statements
4. General administrative support in financial controlling
5. Travel expense reporting and maintenance of the time tracking system

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

In addition to a strong interest in the diverse tasks of a finance department, you bring the following qualifications:

6. A bachelor's degree in economics or business administration, or a comparable qualification in a commercial field
7. Applicants who do not have the same commercial qualification but possess extensive experience in a similar role are also welcome
8. Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
9. Ideally, experience with ERP Navision
10. Excellent German and English skills; Spanish skills are a plus
