Job Description
We are seeking a visionary sales and marketing leader to spearhead the development and implementation of strategies for our entertainment proaudio portfolio.
* Develop and execute sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth and market share across territories.
* Lead cross-functional teams in product launches, promotional campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
* Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and customer engagements.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
* Cross-functional collaboration with R&D, service, and international sales and marketing teams.
* Proven experience in sales and/or marketing in the proaudio industry.
* Strong knowledge of professional audio solutions, especially for live sound and touring applications.
* Leadership qualities in international teams, with the ability to motivate and inspire people.
* Fluent German and English language skills.
