Join us on our journey: To strengthen our international brand and drive meaningful engagement with customers and partners, we are looking for an experienced and strategic Event Manager. In this role, you will take full ownership of Entrix’s event strategy and execution — from large-scale trade fairs and conferences to exclusive, company-owned formats. You combine creativity with commercial thinking, ensuring every event not only runs flawlessly but also amplifies our brand, supports business growth, and connects Entrix with key audiences across our European markets. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will shape how Entrix shows up in the world — creating high-impact experiences that inspire, inform, and deliver measurable results.

* Location: Munich, Germany

* Employment Type: Full-Time

* Salary-Range: 70,000 - 90,000 EUR (depending on your experience)

* Working Mode: Office-first setup

* Language Requirement: German (C1+), English (C1)

Your Responsibilities

* Plan, organize, and execute trade fairs, including booth design, registration, and coordination of marketing materials.

* Manage Entrix participation in conferences, keynotes, and panel discussions incl. Sponsorship negotiations.

* Organize Entrix-owned events such as customer events and corporate gatherings.

* Organize and coordinate Entrix as well as third party webinars.

* Ensure seamless end-to-end execution of events, from initial planning to on-site delivery.

* Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to align events with business objectives.

* Maintain consistent brand representation across all events and communications.

* Monitor budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure high-quality delivery.

* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of relevant KPIs to measure performance and support data-driven decision-making.


Your Profile

Mandatory Requirements:

* 3-5 years of experience in event management, ideally across trade fairs, conferences, webinars, and B2B environments.

* Proven track record of planning and executing events end-to-end — from strategic concept to flawless on-site delivery.

* Experience in international and multi-market settings, bringing a global mindset to event planning and execution.

* Background in corporate or high-growth environments, with strong familiarity with professional standards, stakeholder management, and complex event operations.

* Thrives on taking ownership of the entire event lifecycle — from strategic concept to flawless execution and measurable results.

* Collaborative team player who builds strong cross-functional relationships across Marketing, Sales, and Product.

This role may not be a fit for you if…

* You prefer working in a purely administrative or desk-based role without end-to-end event responsibility.

* You are not comfortable with high-pressure, fast-paced environments.

* You lack interest in corporate and international B2B events.

* You struggle with juggling multiple priorities and coordinating across teams.

* You prefer a purely coordinating or administrative role without full ownership from concept to execution.

* You’re uncomfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with multiple stakeholders.
