YOUR MISSION
* Define, monitor, and manage Service Level Agreements (SLAs) & service level objectives for IT services in space projects
* Ensure IT service operations meet agreed quality standards and uptime, coordinating incident, problem & change management
* Lead QA across IT service delivery: audits, reviews, compliance, and continuous improvements
* Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to deliver reliable, high-performing services
* Report transparently on IT service metrics and quality KPIs to stakeholders
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
* Knowledgeable in IT Service Management, ideally within aerospace, space, or similarly regulated environments
* Proven strength in Quality Assurance for IT services : process definition, monitoring, audits, SLAs & metrics
* Familiarity with service management frameworks such as ISO 20000 and ITIL
* Knowledge of ISO 12207 software life cycle processes
* Experience in software development projects and applying Agile practices
* Fluent in English (spoken & written); knowledge of ECSS / aerospace QA standards or equivalent is a strong plus
