Key Responsibilities

* Lead and develop a high-performing team of operational professionals
* Use data and anecdotal evidence to inform business decisions
* Develop and implement process improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen techniques
* Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively with internal partners
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
* Relevant experience in people and stakeholder management
* Experience working with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
