- Two roles - permanent and temporary for 24 months - as
Manager Talent Acquisition Europe (m/f/d)
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Own Talent Acquisition for both Office and Retail roles across Europe
2. Conduct initial and follow-up interviews with applicants via video call, telephone, or on-site
3. For Office roles, manage all active sourcing measures, including identification, selection, and active approach of candidates
4. Contribute to the European-wide store expansion strategy and meet high-volume hiring targets for the summer peak within the Retail function
5. Manage and improve the whole Talent Acquisition process for your vacancies, ensuring an excellent candidate journey
6. Ensure reporting and analysis of the success of Talent Acquisition measures
7. Be a sparring partner and point of contact regarding Talent Acquisition for Hiring Managers
8. Drive Employer Branding and Communication related projects
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
9. Passion for people - It fascinates you to work with people and you enjoy a dynamic and rapidly developing environment

11. 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in international Talent Acquisition, ideally with a fashion or lifestyle brand
12. Confident and outgoing personality with an engaging and inspiring attitude
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Team player with a hands-on mentality and a proactive approach
15. Good knowledge of common MS-Office applications and a SAP TA Management-Tool
16. Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of an additional European language is a plus
