Your new responsibilities
* Responsibility for selected areas of financial and non‑financial reporting (CSRD)
* Monitoring the regulatory environment for financial and sustainability reporting and initiating the necessary internal measures for implementation
* Supporting the further development of data collection processes to meet internal and external reporting requirements related to CSRD
* Contributing to the implementation of the internal control system for non‑financial reporting
* Providing technical support for projects and complex transactions, including the development of appropriate accounting concepts
* Supporting internal stakeholder‑management activities, e.g., preparing committee materials or conducting trainings
* Preparing evaluations, analyses, and presentations, as well as conducting research and compiling results
Who we are looking for
* Completed university degree, ideally in business administration with a focus on accounting and auditing, or a comparable qualification
* At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally at an auditing firm, in external financial reporting in an industrial company, or in a comparable role
* Understanding of the relevant regulatory frameworks (IFRS, CSRD Directive, ESRS), as well as strong process and systems Affinity
* Structured, diligent, independent, and solution‑oriented working style combined with strong analytical and conceptual skills
* Strong team orientation, interpersonal skills, communication strength, and solid stakeholder‑management capabilities
* Business‑fluent German and English, both written and spoken
