About this Position
What you´ll do
* Oversee all logistics operations across external warehouses in Germany North
* Initiate and lead projects to drive strategic development of warehouse set-up
* Continuously improve warehouse processes/performance and implement projects
* Be responsible for SHEQ requirements including dangerous goods regulations for storage and transport
* Leadership and Team Development of a team (10 people)
* Optimizing warehouse cost according to service requirements (including Controlling and KPI reporting)
What makes you a good fit
* Master's degree with a focus on logistics, supply chain
* Minimum 5 years of professional experience and excellent understanding of warehouse management and/or transport
* Charismatic leader with experience in team leadership and project management
* Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to collaborate across functions
* In-depth knowledge of WMS/ERP/SAP systems and relevant warehouse and transport regulations (e.g. ADR, Seveso)
* Strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills and strategic thinking
* Fluent German and English skills
