Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to support our international supply chain and energy storage system integration business. The ideal candidate will be based in Europe and provide end-to-end procurement support across pre-sales and post-sales project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead procurement activities for energy storage system (ESS) projects, including battery systems, PCS/EMS, transformers, auxiliary equipment, and installation services.
* Develop, evaluate, and maintain supplier resources in Europe; build strategic relationships with key vendors.
* Support pre-sales activities by preparing RFQs, conducting cost analysis, and coordinating with engineering and sales teams.
* Manage post-sales procurement execution, including contract negotiation, delivery tracking, quality follow-up, and risk control.
* Collaborate closely with EPC partners, local suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure timely project delivery.
* Monitor market trends, supplier performance, and cost fluctuations to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, business, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of procurement experience in energy storage systems or related renewable energy fields.
* Proven experience in supplier development, negotiation, and end-to-end procurement management.
* EPC procurement experience is highly preferred.
* Strong communication and coordination skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Fluent in Chinese & English; additional European languages are a plus.
