Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a dedicated German Speaking Customer Care Agent to join our remote team based in Greece. In this role, you will represent renowned consumer brands, providing exceptional support and assistance to German-speaking customers. You will be the trusted point of contact, ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
* Deliver professional and timely customer support in German, responding to inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
* Assist customers with product information, order management, and issue resolution.
* Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in CRM systems.
* Resolve complaints effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer service processes and resolve complex issues.
Requirements
* Exceptional fluency in German (C1/C2) and an English proficiency level of B2 (both written and spoken) is mandatory;
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably supporting consumer brands.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
* Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
