Senior ServiceNow Solution Consultant - Leading ServiceNow Partner - Germany, Remote - Up to 120,000
I am currently working with a leading ServiceNow partner dedicated to delivering innovative solutions that transform organizational operations. They have a passionate, close-knit team focused on leveraging ServiceNow to drive digital transformation and enhance customer experiences.
They are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Solution Consultant to join their team.
Responsibilities include:
1. Providing pre-sales support, technical product and architecture advice, and communicating the latest ServiceNow solutions and capabilities.
2. Assisting partners in building practices that deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
3. Delivering ServiceNow demonstrations and sales plays to partners.
4. Managing relationships with executive and key partner stakeholders to promote ServiceNow.
5. Identifying and collaborating on business development opportunities based on the ServiceNow platform.
6. Mentoring and guiding partner solution consultants.
7. Building long-term relationships with partners and senior leadership to understand their go-to-market strategies and integrate ServiceNow solutions.
8. Demonstrating expertise across multiple industry verticals.
Minimum requirements:
1. At least 4 years of pre-sales solution consulting experience.
2. Knowledge of modern web technologies and cloud computing.
3. 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow.
4. Understanding of architectural principles for cloud platforms.
5. Strong facilitation skills and the ability to articulate business issues and solutions.
6. Proficiency in German communication, both verbal and written, with executive presence.
7. Ability to manage change and ambiguity in a dynamic environment.
8. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM/ITAM, GRC, and CSM.
9. ServiceNow certifications like Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
