You have 6 years of experience in financial planning and analysis You hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with an MBA or advanced degree being a plus You possess expert financial modeling and analytical skills You have advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications, with OneStream being a plus You have in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting You are able to build positive rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization, as well as outside the company You have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills You have a proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams You demonstrate strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset You are able to work collaboratively with many different stakeholders You can effectively manage priorities and coordinate projects with minimal supervision You are able to work in an equitable, inclusive, and diverse environment, with a commitment to enhancing equity, inclusion, and diversity, including hiring talent from all backgrounds
