The team collaborates closely with marketing, commercial, and finance directors to optimize plans that meet consumer, customer, and company needs.This leadership role oversees a team of 7 RGM specialists and dotted line reporting to 3 RGM Analysts. It involves developing the Northern Europe strategy within a complex environment of local competition, international pricing strategies, and global brand directives. The role aims to align senior partners internally and externally to drive predictable revenue growth and sustainable market share, reporting to the Strategy & Transformation Director for NE.Top Functional AccountabilitiesLead the development of the integrated commercial plan for Diageo NE, aligning brand, channel, customer, and financial goals, in collaboration with Category Strategy, Shopper Marketing, Innovation, and Customer Marketing teams.Develop and implement a competitive pricing and promotion strategy that enhances share and revenue, fulfilling shopper metrics.Manage the RGM M&E framework, understanding customer investment value and establishing benchmarks for ongoing optimization, with a focus on improving ROI annually.Collaborate with commercial teams to optimize pricing and trade investments in customer JBPs.Lead category and brand sprints to identify revenue and margin opportunities, integrating findings into commercial plans.Ensure governance and controls for all customer investments are in place.Support the RGM transformation agenda by building business capabilities, data systems, tools, and processes to achieve commercial strategy outcomes.About YouWe seek a growth-minded individual who can see the big picture from multiple perspectives and influence creatively.
