Candidate Profile:
* Minimum 10-15 years of experience in fund sales, distribution, or financial services.
* Proven ability to manage strategic accounts and deliver consistent sales results.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Results-oriented, strategic thinker, proactive, and highly autonomous.
