We're looking for a customer-obsessed Payroll Analyst who'll go beyond just processing numbers to create exceptional experiences. Join us to lead end-to-end payroll operations where your expertise will directly impact thousands of employees across multiple countries.
Contract duration : 9 month with potential extension

Location : Munchen
Yearly salary range : 37000€ to 41000€
Key job responsibilities:
* Working on Tickets (upstream partner inputs / employee queries)
* performing payrun related checks (input/ouput controls, etc.)
* Gathering and validating data from HR, HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, Stock and Global Mobility teams for the payroll calculations
* Performing series of payroll controls and analyses including comparison of input data with output data
* Cooperating with the HR Services team on employee payslip queries, legislative updates and country-specific queries
* Executing post-payroll activities by reporting to local authorities and finance teams
Basic qualifications:
* Excellent customer service orientation
* 1+ year payroll/HR experience OR 3+ years professional experience (non-payroll /HR)
* Fluency in English plus German
* advanced user of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, formulas)
* Strong analytical and statistical capabilities
* Experience with root cause analysis
* Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
Preferred qualifications :
* Deep controllership / statutory compliance knowledge (tax, labour code, social security, garnishments, pension, benefits, terminations)
* Familiar with SAP/Payroll software, PeopleSoft, Workday, ADP software
