The Institutional Donor Relations Unit at Welthungerhilfe maintains relationships with institutional donors, supports internal knowledge management, and advises our country offices on the review of project proposals, contracts, and donor reports. As a working student, you will support your colleagues in their daily work, with a primary focus on collaboration with our BMZ team. In doing so, you will gain comprehensive insight into the organization’s activities and become familiar with the various fields of work within an international development cooperation organization.
Supporting the BMZ team, in particular in reviewing financial reports and all relevant documentation (such as lists of receipts, external audit reports, and inventories)
Reconciling financial reports with project accounting
Maintaining and entering data in the Bengo online portal
Maintaining relevant tables and overviews (Excel)
You have experience working with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office 365
You enjoy working in an international environment
Very good German language skills, both written and spoken, and good English skills
