Fully responsible for the daily management of delivery station:
1. Build the in-house delivery station team, dynamically adjust the personnel structure, and provide training and empowerment for delivery station supervisors.
2. Be responsible for the onboarding, assessment and experience management of DSP suppliers at the station, and evaluate and provide feedback on service provider iteration suggestions.
3. Take charge of the daily standardized 6S management of the station to ensure that the office and operation environment meet the company’s requirements.
4. Formulate periodic optimization strategies based on various station performance metrics such as delivery success rate and re-delivery rate.
5. Manage the daily external relationship maintenance and exception handling of the station (including interactions with landlords, property management and relevant government departments).
6. Handle and report operation-related abnormalities in a timely manner.
