Support cost efficiency optimization for Orange Connex.
Inbound: including unloading, inspection, stacking.
Inventory: stock management, VAS.
Support COE team on the last mile carriers' capacity management and investigating the root causes for any service failures and for potential solutions.
Exception management during end-to-end fulfillment process.
At least 3 years of warehouse operations and distribution management experience in the logistics industry, preferably with e-commerce fulfillment experience
Sufficient Microsoft office and organizational skills.
German and English, both oral and written skills. Mandarin desirable
Strong KPI management and project management capabilities
Eligibility to work in DE on a permanent basis.
