To strengthen our People & Culture Unit in the field of Compensation & Analytics, we are looking for a
Working Student Compensation & Analytics (m/f/d)
(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany / 20 hours per week / Fixed-term)
Your Responsibilities
* Support in the conception, implementation, maintenance and control of Compensation and Analytics projects in the international context of Trusted Shops
* Providing information and analyses and Creating presentations, reports, and documentation for internal stakeholders
* Support in the optimisation of the compensation modules and functions of our HRIS “Workday” (optimisation of processes, testing of innovations)
* Creating external and internal Benchmarks for our Job landscape at Trusted Shops using our Benchmark tool "Mercer Comptryx"
* Participation in market surveys for compensation benchmarks
* Taking on own small projects, especially focusing on AI
* Preparation of communication materials and How To Guides for the People Unit and Trustees
Your Profile
* Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Economics, Data/Analytics, or a comparable field
* First practical experience in HR is a nice-to-have- ideally within Compensation & Benefits or HR Analytics
* Confident handling of Excel; experience with data analysis or BI tools is a plus
* Strong analytical mindset and ability to work with numbers, data, and structures but also eager to work creatively
* Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with confidential information
* Business fluent English skills; German is a plus
