The Role
Kyndryl Consult is a rapidly growing part of our organization, playing a strategic role in our growth. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, guiding complex consulting engagements, and creating strategic change agendas within Kyndryl's largest accounts, especially at the C-suite level, focusing on Business and IT solutions, and transformations affecting the entire customer ecosystem.
As a Consult Partner, you will drive profitable growth, build strong client relationships, and lead your team to success. You will define and implement the vision for the Cyber Incident Recovery practice, develop recovery frameworks, and act as a thought leader in incident recovery, representing Kyndryl at industry events and publishing insights.
This role requires industry expertise, a strong presence, and the ability to cultivate relationships with CXO-level clients. You will also foster talent development and innovation within the organization.
You will oversee client engagement and ensure high-quality deliverables, working in pre- or post-deal environments, planning implementations, and supporting execution, with a focus on financial impact, utilization, and leadership.
Responsibilities include:
* Driving financial outcomes through signings and revenue targets
* Managing growth, profitability, and pipeline development
* Negotiating scoping and fees, managing risk
* Building relationships with client CXOs, assessing recovery readiness, defining strategic roadmaps, and aligning recovery strategies with business goals
* Implementing robust DR and ITSCM practices in compliance with standards like ISO 22301 and NIST SP 800-34
* Leading forensic analysis and root cause assessments
* Managing client interactions and delivering consulting initiatives
* Ensuring client satisfaction and securing references
* Achieving team utilization targets
* Leading engagement design and delivery oversight
* Fostering a culture of continuous development and innovation
* Contributing to strategic initiatives and establishing industry presence
Who You Are
You are experienced, growth-minded, customer-focused, and inclusive. You possess a Master's degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related fields, with 10+ years in cyber incident response, recovery, or ITSCM. You have proven client engagement skills, expertise in recovery frameworks, leadership, and strong communication skills in German and English. Certifications like CBCI, CISSP, CISM, or DRII are highly desirable.
