Collaboration in the maintenance and optimization of the CMDB data model. Collaboration in the integration of ServiceNow with other IT systems and applications (Intune, Sentinel, Azure/Entra, Microsoft AD, etc.). Automation of user and group processes. Development and maintenance of scripts for automating routine tasks. Creation of reporting and monitoring solutions. Integration of PowerShell routines into ServiceNow Mid servers, Entra ID (Azure), and other tools. Transferring the functionalities of the BeNu tool (in-house development) to Microsoft, IAM tools, and ServiceNow standards.
