Job Description YOU… are reponsible for the management of licence administration for all internal tools, including activation, renewal and allocation across the organization provide end-user support for licence-related questions, troubleshooting access issues and ensuring correct tool usage coordinate cross-department workflows to align tool ownership, cost centers, licence usage and user access requirements maintain accurate licence tracking dashboards/maps, ensuring up-to-date visibility of available, assigned and expiring licences monitor compliance and audit readiness, ensuring all tools and systems meet internal policies and vendor licensing rules
