Job Description
* Identify high impact commercial and operational areas to be transitioned to GSC.
* Define the transition vision, mission, and objectives for the addressed business domain(s)
* Assess financial impact and create business cases for process migration and internalization
* Engage effectively with Key Stakeholders
* Work closely with local and global management teams to align and drive transition goals.
* Design and execute change management, communication, and transition management plans.
* Identify and drive process efficiency initiatives to deliver on the efficiency KPIs.
* Ensure service delivery excellence and establish global best practices
* Create and implement continuous improvement frameworks and KPI reporting.
* Ensure internal skills and team development in respective areas.
Qualifications
* Completed university degree in economics and 10 years + leadership experiences in international environment
* Experience in leading global transformations and change-management and solid experience in offshoring operations
* Commercial expertise and financial acumen
* Strategic and holistic thinking
* Excellent communication and presentation skills towards senior leadership and executive level
* Strong Customer and service orientation
* Strong understanding of METROs strategy, operating model, and business domains
* Building, guiding and developing international teams
