HR Business Coordinator (f/m/d)
To support our HR team we are searching for a HR Business Coordinator (f/m/d) to be based in our Munich office.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
1. Responsibility for the entire HR administration throughout the employee life cycle within the HR department
2. Maintenance and updating of the electronic personnel files
3. Act as a point of contact for our employees, providing advice and support on all employment law and personnel-related issues
4. Preparation of relevant certificates and work documents (e.g., employment contracts, references, leave certificates)
5. Support annual HR processes, including the annual salary increase and promotion rounds
6. Close collaboration with the HR leadership team to support an ongoing integration project
7. Preparation of management presentations, reports, and project documentation
WHO YOU ARE
8. Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
9. Professional experience in HR in a growing, international environment is an advantage
10. Very precise and structured working style with high commitment and flexibility
11. Independent, success- and results-oriented working style, as well as a clear “hands-on” mentality
12. Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
13. Good knowledge of MS Office, initial experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)
14. Team spirit, enthusiasm, communication strength, and initiative
