As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student or intern to join our technical team and support our CRM and customer service processes.
Role Overview:
As a Working Student or Intern in the Technical Support and CRM team, you will play a key role in managing first-level hotline inquiries, handling CRM cases, and assisting with warranty and out-of-warranty replacement processes. This position will also involve overseeing service payments and collection processes while maintaining direct communication with customers to gather necessary information.
Key Responsibilities:
* Interact with the technical team to provide support for 1st level hotline inquiries.
* Manage CRM processes, including creating, handling, and tracking basic CRM cases.
* Initiate and oversee the warranty and out-of-warranty replacement and pickup processes.
* Manage service payments and handle collection processes.
* Communicate directly with customers to obtain necessary information related to their cases.
* Ensure all processes are documented accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (Renewable Energy Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields).
* A technical background is required.
* Strong attention to detail, patience, and structured work ethic.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and with precision.
* Experience in CRM process management or logistics management is a plus.
* Good communication skills and the ability to interact with customers professionally.
* Fluent in German and English (additional language skills are a plus).
