Your Area of Responsibility
As a Workforce Staffing Specialist at our production site in Verden, you’ll be responsible for efficiently sourcing and staffing our production employees — playing a key role in the overall success of HelloFresh.

You’ll learn directly from experts within the team, giving you plenty of opportunities to develop and grow.
This position is for 24 months (with the possibility of extension) and an on-site role minimum 3 days per week.
Your Profile
1. Act as the operational lead and first point of contact for candidates throughout all key steps of the recruitment process — assessing suitability, coordinating appointments, and preparing employment contracts. You will report directly to the Senior Workforce Staffing Manager and work together to achieve Workforce Staffing goals.
2. Regularly review the hiring process to identify, assess, and resolve any inconsistencies.
3. Use our recruitment tool daily to manage and monitor staffing orders.
4. Track daily application and hiring goals, escalating any deviations that may affect future staffing needs.
5. Create and manage plans to measure, analyze, and improve the recruiting funnel.
6. Maintain and distribute the weekly updated pipeline report and staffing plan to all stakeholders.
7. Coordinate onboarding events with relevant departments.
8. Organize and provide on-site support at job fairs.
9. Willingness to travel is desirable — for example, to help implement new tools or attend workshops.
