 Navigating the evolving markets of video streaming in APAC, identifying opportunities, and engaging clients with our cutting-edge solutions 
 Representing castLabs at regional and global trade shows and industry events such as BroadcastAsia, ConnecTechAsia, and IBC 
 Leveraging CRM tools to track sales activities, performance metrics, and opportunities 
 At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the technology (SaaS), cloud, or video streaming industry 
 A proactive approach to building and refining sales strategies with a sharp eye for opportunities and a proven track record of success 
 Strong relationship-building skills within sectors such as OTT platforms, PayTV operators, content distributors, and media technology providers 
 Fluency in English for engaging conversations and crafting compelling proposals (regional languages are a plus)
