Commercial Marketing Director (m/f/d) About the role As the Commercial Marketing Director for Business Group Wide Bandgap, IGBT & Modules, you will be responsible for driving and owning customer pricing, negotiations, and capacity allocation—sales. What you will do Drive the performance and development of a global team of commercial marketing managers. Prepare allocation and pricing scenarios. Set pricing and allocation strategies in collaboration with Product Group managers. Implement defined pricing and allocation strategies. Coordinate allocation management efforts and serve as an escalation point for internal and external allocation decisions. Manage internal operational processes, such as distributor price book management. Own margin and revenue for BG WIM, and execute against Rolling Financial Forecast (RFF). Collaborate with peers across the company, including sales, marketing, and corporate pricing teams. Engage with stakeholders such as Product Group managers, Global Sales, Regional BG champions, Supply Chain, Finance, and others. Monitor key metrics like margin, revenue, and customer satisfaction. What you will need Master's degree in Business Administration or related field. At least 8 years of experience in commercial marketing or pricing roles. Experience in semiconductors or electronic components is preferred but not essential. Agile, fast-thinking, thorough, with high attention to detail. Financial and commercial acumen. Ability to understand cost drivers and challenge various departments. Effective communication skills for proposals and decisions. Decisiveness and sound reasoning.
