A fast-growing SaaS company with around 100 employees and approximately 20 million in revenue was recently acquired and is now entering an exciting new phase of growth and integration. To strengthen the finance function and support the next stage of expansion we are seeking an ambitious and hands‑on Head of Finance who will bring structure transparency and strategic direction to a highly dynamic environment.

Your Responsibilities
* Lead all financial management reporting and controlling activities including KPI development and strategic performance monitoring.
* Build and scale robust financial processes to support rapid growth integration and cross‑border expansion.
* Drive M&A and due diligence efforts including post‑merger integration and future acquisition projects.
* Partner closely with management and investors on financial strategy forecasting and operational decision‑making.
Your Profile
* Degree in Finance Accounting or Economics.
* Several years of experience in finance controlling or FP&A ideally within SaaS or technology companies.
* Background in investment banking private equity or a Big Four firm is highly advantageous.
* Strong hands‑on mentality strategic thinking and excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
