Engineering Manager (gn) Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service

Your mission is to elevate engineering excellence, drive platform maturity, and deliver reliable, high‑impact CRM solutions that support our global Sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop and grow a global team of software engineers and technical consultants working on our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform.
* Drive the strategic evolution of our Dynamics 365 | Sales & Customer Service platform by developing forward‑looking concepts - including the integration of innovations such as AI - to ensure the CRM landscape scales with SoftwareOne’s future growth.
* Establish and continuously improve software engineering processes and ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Contribute hands‑on to design, implementation, documentation and testing.
* Collaborate closely with Product Management, Product Owners and, where needed, external partners to deliver impactful solutions.
