Key Financial Analyst Role
We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst to join our European Headquarters team based in Winnenden, Stuttgart Area. The successful candidate will primarily support the EMEA Power Tools Division and collaborate closely with department managers across key central functions including Engineering, Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Quality to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence.
* Support the monthly closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial results through active management and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
* Prepare and deliver complex monthly reporting, including actuals and year-to-go forecasts with clear insights.
* Analyse and present monthly performance to the departmental managers, identify key trends, potential risks and opportunities to support informed decision-making.
* Support the annual budgeting process, including planning, reporting and presentation.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Strong analytical skills with good understanding of financial KPI's and performance metrics.
* Process oriented with a logical and inquisitive way of working, competent in identifying efficiencies and improvements.
* Proven knowledge in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across functions.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with knowledge in presenting complex information clearly.
* Strong time management skills with the willingness to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
