As a Site Manager (m/f/d) at our Donauwörth site, you will lead and coordinate internal industrial activities within your area of responsibility. Draft quotations/offers and support contract review preparation and execution
Manage and prioritize projects within the unit, including schedule, resources and budget overview
Ensure consistency between capacity/workload planning and production planning
Lean/Industrial Excellence)
Actively contribute to a positive working and social environment at the Donauwörth site
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and HSE rules (health, safety, environment, hygiene)
Provide regular reporting to site/area management
Very good MS Office skills (especially Excel, Word); ideally experience with project planning tools
Fluent German and English (spoken and written) is required for day-to-day stakeholder communication and technical documentation.
Experience in site/operations management and leadership within a production organization
Leadership and steering via KPIs and management reporting
Excellent time and priority management
Strong customer orientation and stakeholder management
