Responsibilities
* Build and test your own prototypes for semantic matching, data modeling, and AI integrations
* Develop and automate LLM-based pipelines for knowledge extraction, data mapping, and reasoning
* Help and rise in product challenges, teaching yourself UI & UX with real customer exposure and iteration
* Draft and write computation algorithms together with the tech team
* Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical issues
* Conduct research and analysis to support project development
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to team programming practices
* Attend and contribute to mission-critical decisions and grow into a core team member
Requirements
* You've already worked on personal, open-source, or freelance AI/data/engineering projects
* Basic understanding of software development methodologies and frameworks
* Solid skills with programming languages such as Python and TypeScript
* Some experience (or strong interest) in AI libraries, prompt engineering, or LLM-based tools (e.g. LangChain, OpenAI, RAG)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Ability to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing demands
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* You must speak English at C1 or higher, basic skills in German are appreciated
* You see it as an option to relocate to Cologne, Germany in the future
