Join our Finance team and take on a key role in shaping our group accounting and IFRS reporting landscape.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership for selected group accounting topics,contributingto high-quality financialreportingandensuringtimelyresolution of open issues across teams. You willdrive process improvements and collaborate with international stakeholders in a fast-growing, capital-market-orientedenvironmentwith the opportunity to contribute to a scalable, high-quality external reporting setup.
What your new challenge will look like
Drive and support the monthly group closing and consolidation process, ensuring high data quality andtimelydelivery and taking ownership of defined areas
Develop andmaintaingroup accounting policies, ensuretheirconsistent application, andprepareIFRS adjustments,contributingto the development of scalable IFRS reporting processes andpolicies
Prepare and coordinate selected parts of theconsolidatedIFRS financial statements and act askeycontact for auditors.
Identifyand implement improvements ingroupreporting, closing, and consolidation processes, includingautomation initiatives and drive further finance transformation
Collaborate closely with international entities, ensuring alignment on reporting requirements andresolving open topics proactively
Why you belong at 4flow
Over 4 years of experience in group accounting, IFRS reporting, or audit with solid knowledgeof IFRS and financial reporting in international environments
Hands-on experience with closing processes andexposure toconsolidatedfinancial statements
Strong analytical skills combined with a structured, hands-on working style
Advanced Excel skills and fluency in English (German is a plus)
Strong ownership mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Persistence and the ability to follow through on topics until resolution
Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
