KG Organization SE CFO Business Unit Gas Services Full / Part time Full-time Experience Level Early Professional A Snapshot of Your Day During the day, you will work closely with key stakeholders such as Technical Bid Management and Sales, translating client requirements into strong bid concepts. You will regularly collaborate with the team to review and validate ideas, while ensuring that all relevant project information is accurately captured and reflected in clear, comprehensive financial reports and overviews. As part of your daily work, you will contribute to the development of the project portfolio and act as a digital champion by actively driving digitalization initiatives.How You’ll Make an Impact
4. Serve as the Commercial counterpart to the General Bid Manager; own all financial aspects with a global mindset
5. Act as a proactive partner to Sales, providing financial guidance on projects
6. Steer and enhance Bid Management processes, improving estimation and governance
7. Lead sales calculation and attached special commercial processes during bid phase of complex projects and drive risk management
8. Translate customer requirements into bid strategies and validate ideas within the bid team
9. Enhance tools and processes in Commercial Bid Management to streamline and optimize bid management landscape
10. Responsible for the financial forecast of a bid project
What You Bring
11. Studies in Economics or a similar field. Alternatively commercial education with previous work experience in a relevant field is also possible
12. Experience in Sales, Bid Management, Business Controlling and / or Project Execution
13. Fluent language skills in English is necessary and German knowledge is preferrable
14. Experience in leading intercultural teams, with a proactive communication style, strong coordination and presentation skills, and proficiency in MS Office
