Our Analytics & Data Solutions Department builds the foundation for XING’s data-driven decision-making by combining Analytics, Data Modelling and Data Solutions expertise to create scalable and reliable data foundations. We work in an agile hybrid setup, and we value coming together in the office at least twice per week to foster collaboration and meaningful connection.We are the connecting link between business and technology departments and collaborate with teams such as Product, Analytics, Data Science, Marketing and Legal. Snowplow is a plusStrong analytical and conceptional thinking in order to translate business demands into technical conceptsThe ability to interpret complex data sets and explain corresponding processes and insights in a simple and understandable wayTechnical understanding of infrastructure and architecture to discuss technical approaches with EngineersProficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools such as SQL.
