Are you passionate about payroll and SAP? Do you thrive in international projects where every country brings its own challenge? We’re looking for a hands-on SAP Payroll Consultant to join a fast-growing global HR technology team that’s redefining payroll across multiple regions.
In this role, you won’t just configure systems, you’ll design payroll solutions that impact thousands of employees worldwide, collaborating with teams across continents to make payroll smoother, faster, and smarter.
What You’ll Do
* Lead SAP Payroll configuration and fine-tuning: schemas, rules, wage types, you name it.
* Translate complex payroll requirements into real, functioning SAP solutions across multiple countries.
* Troubleshoot and optimize payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* Partner with HR and IT teams to integrate payroll into wider SAP HCM or SuccessFactors ecosystems.
* Mentor junior consultants and share your knowledge to strengthen team capabilities.
* Take part in high-profile international projects, including rollouts, upgrades, and process redesigns.
What You Bring
* Solid SAP Payroll experience, including multi-country projects.
* Deep understanding of payroll schemas, rules, and international regulations.
* Ability to think strategically and act practically, you solve problems, not just configure.
* Self-starter who thrives in a remote, collaborative environment.
* Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages are a plus.
* Bonus if you have exposure to SAP HCM or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
