You’ll create audience-specific, social-first content while managing content planning and publishing. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Content Development: Build and optimise social media strategies for clients’ most relevant platforms, focusing on Gen Z and young Millennials. Develop fresh, social-first concepts and formats that are culturally relevant and aligned with client goals. Define key objectives, success metrics, and content pillars tailored to each client’s brand. Stay ahead of platform trends, delivering insights that spark bold moves and keep brands culturally plugged in. Craft trend reports that provide a pulse on what’s happening and actionable ideas for what’s next. Content Planning & Publishing: Oversee the creation and management of content calendars, ensuring a consistent and strategic publishing schedule that aligns with the right tone. Plan, coordinate, and execute content publishing with a strategic eye, ensuring it meets platform-specific requirements and resonates with the target audience. Social Media Management: Collaborate with account managers and social media teams to design and execute content and campaigns that leave a lasting impression. Keep content and campaigns fresh and impactful with consistent feedback and performance optimisations. Reporting & Client Relations: Prepare reports that don’t just crunch numbers but tell a story—key KPIs, creative wins, and actionable next steps. Act as the go-to client contact for day-to-day social media operations, providing strategic guidance and aligning on content approvals. Deliver strategies, concepts, and briefings with style and substance, using tools like Google Suite. YOU Experience & Expertise: 5 years of experience in social media, content planning, and influencer marketing. Deep knowledge of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a knack for engaging Gen Z and Millennials. An instinct for what’s trending and what’s timeless in digital content. Familiarity with key performance metrics and emerging social media trends. Skills & Attributes: Creative & Collaborative: A self-driven individual with a strong sense of design and visual storytelling who brings innovative ideas to strengthen clients' presence.
