Your Responsibilities
* Act as an independent sales representative (m/w/d) according to §84 HGB, advising and caring for your clients across four key areas of modern financial planning: insurance, home ownership, risk protection, and wealth accumulation.
* Develop tailored consultation concepts based on clients' goals and needs, and derive specific offers.
* Actively expand your client network and maintain strong relationships.
* Take responsibility for sales and quality targets alongside client management.
* Lead, qualify, and support your motivated field team.
* Collaborate with your sales director (m/w/d) to optimize and grow your team.
Candidate Profile
* You enjoy a sales role that allows you to work independently and flexibly.
* Your demeanor is friendly and appreciative.
* You bring professionalism and solution-oriented approaches that benefit clients and your team.
* You are organized, prioritize effectively, and work autonomously.
* You have a commercial qualification, such as a banking apprenticeship (m/w/d), with experience in leadership, building savings, real estate financing, and insurance products preferred.
