Tasks
* You will support our HR team in day-to-day administrative business as
well as in exciting HR projects
* You will assist in the organization of introductory
events for new employees
* You will accompany recurring HR processes
* Mail processing and the dispatch of references,
contracts, etc. are also part of your daily tasks
* If you are interested, we will be happy to involve you in other HR projects, such as employee surveys,familiarization with recruiting processes etc
Requirements
* You are studying economics, social sciences or humanities or a similar field of study
* First experience in the personnel department is an advantage, but not a must
* Ideally, you have good MS Office skills
* You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English
* You are a strong communicator, flexible and a team player
