Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze real estate investment opportunities and support strategic decision-making
* Build and maintain detailed cash flow and financial models
* Prepare investment memoranda, reports, and presentations
* Conduct market research and in-depth financial analysis
Your Profile:
* 1–2 years of relevant professional experience in real estate, finance, or investment banking
* Strong financial modeling skills, particularly in cash flow modeling
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
* Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive mindset
