Narrative & Storytelling Excellence: You craft compelling stories in close alignment with demand generation and product marketing, strengthening our narratives around Agentic Commerce and Complex Commerce, while also developing your own storytelling and thought-leadership formats that inspire and engage our audiences.
Content Calendar Optimisation: You refine the content calendar to ensure consistent and strategic postings across various platforms, maximising audience engagement.
Performance Analysis Mastery: You skillfully analyse and report on social media performance and KPIs aligned with our overall Marketing goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Audience Engagement Leadership: Proactively, you manage and engage with our social media audience, adeptly resolving complex issues and enhancing community interactions.
Corporate Influencer Program Leadership: You identify, enable, and empower internal corporate influencers by providing them with stories, workflows, and guidance, ensuring authentic, impactful, and scalable advocacy across social media channels.
You have successfully completed your apprenticeship, a degree in marketing or an equivalent qualification with a focus on social media management.
You have several years of well-founded experience as a Senior Social Media Manager or in a similar role, with a strong emphasis on B2B marketing.
You are highly skilled in social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, and proficient with advanced social media management (e.g. You impress with strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret social media metrics and generate actionable insights.
You are experienced in using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, MidJourney, or Runway to boost creativity, content quality, and overall effectiveness in social media management.
