Position: Billing Process & Data Analyst (m/f/x)

We are looking for a Billing Process & Data Analyst to play a key role in improving the accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of our billing operations. This role focuses on analysing billing data and end‑to‑end processes, supporting the implementation of dsc billing project, and working closely with country and functional teams to standardise and optimise billing practices. You will act as a bridge between data, process, and people to help reduce revenue leakage and improve customer billing outcomes.
Your Key Accountabilities Include:
* Analysing existing billing processes and data to identify improvement, optimisation, and automation opportunities
* Supporting the preparation and implementation of billing automation use cases, including documentation of current processes
* Reviewing and validating billing data (including Excel-based data sets) to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency
* Facilitating workshops with subject matter experts and stakeholders to prepare processes for automation and standardisation
* Providing training, guidance, and ongoing support to country teams on new billing processes and tools
* Monitoring performance and effectiveness of billing processes and automation initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
What Are We Looking For From You:
* Strong communication skills in English
* Proven experience in billing, finance, accounting, or process improvement roles within a multinational environment
* Strong analytical capability, preferably with good Excel skills for data analysis and reporting (e.g. pivot tables, lookup functions)
* A solid understanding of end‑to‑end billing processes and the ability to identify risks, discrepancies, and revenue leakage
* Confidence working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, acting as a clear and effective communicator
* Experience supporting process change, standardisation, or automation initiatives (project or continuous improvement exposure is an advantage)
* A proactive, collaborative mindset with a strong focus on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement
