Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Business Expert to lead our organization's transformation journey.
As part of this initiative, you will play a crucial role in standardizing and regularizing different ERP systems across the entire group.
Your key responsibilities will include managing business requirements, designing process adaptations, and providing guidance to junior team members.
You will work closely with entity business experts to ensure a smooth transition to the SAP S/4HANA system.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent conceptual, results-oriented, and communication skills.
You should have a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and business requirements within an SAP environment.
Additionally, you should be able to navigate complex programs and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage regional or segment-specific business requirements, including data design, in the context of the global template SAP S/4HANA system.
2. Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes towards FIT4 goals of harmonization and standardization.
3. Provide guidance for and steer junior hub business experts on requirements analysis, business process modelling, data cleansing, and other tasks.
4. Design and own test cases and conduct functional end-to-end tests in the SAP S/4HANA system.
5. Actively contribute to the roll-in of assigned roll-in projects in a region.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. Relevant professional experience with reference in Production, Logistics Management, or Purchasing in the manufacturing industry.
3. Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes for at least one process domain (e.g., Inbound to Outbound, Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce).
4. Proven methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design.
5. Relevant industry knowledge.
6. Strong decision-making acumen and ability to reach consensus/compromises on process designs among different stakeholders.
7. Experience with SAP R/3 and ideally SAP S/4HANA as well as relevant third-party business systems.
8. Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus.
